    Kettlebell Torque Lunge To Press

A lunge paired with a rotational press, linking lower body strength, trunk turn, and an overhead finish.

    Why it matters for golf

Combining a lunge with a rotating press strings together the swing's sequence: the legs accept load, the trunk rotates, and force exits up top. Training that chain as one movement builds coordination that carries to the course.

    Coaching cues

    • Own the lunge before the press starts.
    • Rotate from the trunk, not the lower back.
    • Press to a full, stacked lockout.
    • Control the return. No collapsing out of the lunge.

    Common faults

    • Blending the lunge and press into one off-balance move.
    • Arching the back to finish overhead.
