Kettlebell Asymmetric Flow
A linked sequence of kettlebell moves under one-sided load, training stability and control through changing positions.

Why it matters for golf
Golf loads the body unevenly on every swing. Working through a flow with the weight on one side forces the trunk and hips to stabilize against offset load while positions change. That control shows up as steadier posture and better balance through the swing.
Coaching cues
- Own each position before moving to the next.
- Brace the trunk. Don't let the bell pull you sideways.
- Breathe between transitions. Don't rush the sequence.
- Keep the reps smooth. Quality over pace.
Common faults
- Leaning away from the bell instead of bracing against it.
- Rushing transitions and losing position.
