Kettlebell Bottoms Up Carry
Walking with the kettlebell held upside down, building grip strength and the shoulder stability behind club control.

Why it matters for golf
Holding the bell upside down demands constant grip tension and a packed, stable shoulder. That grip and shoulder control transfers straight to club control, and it protects the shoulder as swing speed climbs.
Coaching cues
- Crush the handle. The bell stays still because the grip works.
- Stack the wrist, elbow, and shoulder under the bell.
- Walk tall. Ribs down, eyes forward.
- Short, controlled steps.
Common faults
- Letting the wrist bend and the bell tip.
- Leaning away from the load instead of staying tall.
- Holding the breath for the whole carry.
