    Kettlebell Single Seated Press

A one-arm press from a seated position, isolating shoulder strength and trunk stability with no help from the legs.

    Why it matters for golf

Sitting removes leg drive, so the shoulder and trunk have to do all the work. That builds honest pressing strength and the ribcage control that keeps posture tall, both of which protect the shoulders as swing volume climbs.

    Coaching cues

    • Sit tall. Ribs stacked over hips.
    • Brace before the bell moves.
    • Press to full lockout, biceps by the ear.
    • Lower with control. Own the way down.

    Common faults

    • Leaning away from the working arm.
    • Ribs flaring as the bell goes overhead.
