Kettlebell Single Arm Swing
The kettlebell swing done one arm at a time, adding grip demand and anti-rotation work to hinge power.

Why it matters for golf
One-sided load turns every swing into an anti-rotation rep. The hips still make the power, but the trunk now has to keep the shoulders square against a bell pulling one way. That resistance to twist is what stability at impact feels like.
Coaching cues
- Same swing. Hips back, hips through.
- Keep the shoulders square. Don't let the bell turn you.
- Pack the working shoulder. No reaching at the top.
- Keep the free hand active, not flopping.
Common faults
- Shoulders rotating toward the working arm.
- Working shoulder getting yanked forward at the top.
- Gripping so hard the arm starts doing the swinging.
