    Kettlebell Plank Saw

A moving plank with a slow, controlled shift, building the core endurance that holds golf posture.

    core

    Why it matters for golf

Holding a plank while the body shifts forces the core to brace against movement instead of just holding still. That anti-extension strength is what keeps a golfer's spine angle steady from setup to finish.

    Coaching cues

    • Squeeze the glutes and tuck the ribs before you move.
    • Small, controlled shifts. The trunk stays a plank.
    • Hips stay level the whole set. Nothing sags.
    • Breathe behind the brace.

    Common faults

    • Hips sagging or hiking as the body shifts.
    • Speed replacing control.
