    Band Rotational Pull

Rotational band pull that trains the trunk to turn and pull as one, building downswing separation and speed.

    pullrotation

    Why it matters for golf

Pulling across the body against a band loads the same torso rotation the downswing uses. It trains hips-then-torso sequencing and builds rotational strength the golfer can feel transfer to the club.

    Coaching cues

    • Start the move from the hips, let the torso follow.
    • Pull the band across the body in one smooth turn.
    • Stay in posture, spine angle constant.
    • Finish balanced, facing the target side.

    Common faults

    • Arms yanking before the trunk turns.
    • Standing up out of posture mid pull.
