Band front raise that builds shoulder strength and control through the arc the arms travel in the swing.

Why it matters for golf
Front raises strengthen the front of the shoulder and build control of arm elevation. That control supports the structure of the arms at the top of the swing and keeps the shoulders durable through practice volume.
Coaching cues
- Arms long, raise the band to about shoulder height.
- Lead with the knuckles, wrists neutral.
- Lower slow, keep tension.
- Ribs down, no leaning back to lift.
Common faults
- Swinging the band up with momentum.
- Shrugging as the arms rise.
