Hamstring Triangle
Triangle-style hamstring stretch that restores the posterior chain length a stable, hinged golf posture depends on.

Why it matters for golf
Short hamstrings tuck the pelvis under and flatten golf posture. Opening them lets the golfer hinge into setup with a neutral spine and hold it deep into the round. Hamstring length also protects the lower back every time the golfer hinges.
Coaching cues
- Hinge from the hips and keep the spine long.
- Reach until you feel the hamstring, not the lower back.
- Breathe slow. Ease deeper on each exhale.
- Hold for several calm breaths per side.
Common faults
- Rounding the spine to fake depth.
- Locking the knee hard and straining.
- Holding the breath against the stretch.
