    Mobility

    3-Step

A three-position mobility sequence that links stretches into one flowing pattern for an efficient warm-up.

    mobility

    Why it matters for golf

Chaining three positions into one flow covers more ground than isolated stretches in the same time. It also asks the body to transition between positions with control, which is closer to how the swing actually uses mobility. Use it as an efficient warm-up piece before practice or training.

    Coaching cues

    • Move slowly between positions.
    • Exhale as you settle into each one.
    • Hold each position for a few calm breaths.
    • Keep the transitions smooth, no flopping through them.

    Common faults

    • Rushing through positions without settling.
    • Holding the breath.
    • Forcing depth the body is not ready for.
<!-- VERIFY against video: the three positions are not identifiable from the name; confirm the actual sequence. -->
