Switch Stance Rotation
Trunk rotations performed while switching the stance between reps. Trains rotation from a changing base.

Why it matters for golf
Changing the stance between rotations forces the hips and trunk to organize a new base every rep. That adaptability sharpens balance and teaches rotation to come from the hips instead of a memorized foot position.
Coaching cues
- Set the stance, then rotate with intent.
- Switch the feet, settle, rotate again.
- Chest tall through every turn.
- Balance first, speed second.
Common faults
- Rotating before the new stance is stable.
- Letting the turn come from the arms alone.
