The golfer coming back.
If most of this sounds like you, you are in exactly the right place.
That's George too. That is exactly who he built these for.

George Bryan IV
George was a three-time All-American and three-time All-SEC selection at the University of South Carolina, where he still holds the school records for lowest career scoring average at 72.37 and lowest single-season average at 71.35. He was named South Carolina Co-Male Athlete of the Year in 2010, and made his PGA Tour debut at the 2023 Butterfield Bermuda Championship, where he made the cut.
In 2014 he and his brother Wesley founded Bryan Bros Golf, now over 950,000 subscribers on YouTube, helping to pioneer golf on the platform. He grew up at Solina Golf Club near Columbia, South Carolina, where his father was head professional. He and Wesley own and run the course today.
The reason his programs fit this golfer is that he is this golfer. Six years a DRVN member, fitted around a family and a working week, mostly in his own backyard.
I've got family, I've got two kids, not a whole lot of time, but I have some backyard where I go in and get after it. The app allows me to get a good solid positive workout in 20–30 minutes.George Bryan IV
Named after the only number that matters.
Three programs, named for the score each one is built to get you to. Golf fitness is the method. The score is the point.
A base level of performance, and the fitness to play consistent golf for all eighteen holes rather than three good ones and a fade.
Single figures. A real fitness challenge, built to George's own style, adding strength, power and speed to the swing.
Rip your driver, flush your irons, and hold it together for a full round. Four sessions a week — the level built to put you in the sixties.
Break 90 and Break 80 run on three sessions a week at 45 to 60 minutes. Break 70 steps up to four, because the sixties ask more of you than the eighties do. Take the Golf Fitness Handicap free and watch it fall alongside your scoring handicap.
Pick the score you're chasing.
Start with the one that matches where you score today. It loads straight into your DRVN app, and the membership carries you through all three as the number comes down.

Break 80
- 45–60 minutes per session
- Dumbbells and bands, compound lifts later
- Balance, rotation and power

Break 70
- The only level that asks for a fourth day
- Strength and biomechanics focus
- Built for golfers already in single figures
Which level are you?
Pick by what you actually shoot, not what you shot in your twenties. Every level is the same price, and the membership carries you through all three.
Not sure where your body is holding you back? The Golf Fitness Handicap scores you across ten tests, free, and tells you which level to start on.

Break 90
Entry level golf fitness built to improve your body and your swing at the same time. All-round biomechanics and conditioning, creating the base level of performance everything else is built on.
Always be ready to shoot a new best score. In six weeks or less you'll have the game and the fitness to play consistent golf for all eighteen holes — and break 90.
+ 1 Practice
& Bands
“Just want to say that discovering GOLFWOD has been the best thing to happen to my golf game! I love training even more now that my training is geared toward my golf game.”
Mus · Philippines
What you'll train:
- All-round golf biomechanics — how the body is supposed to move through a swing, taught properly
- A base level of conditioning, so hole fifteen feels like hole three
- Dumbbell and band work that runs at home with almost nothing
- A weekly practice session, so the training shows up on the course rather than just in the gym

Break 80
A genuine step up in challenge, with compound lifting introduced later in the program. Built to George's own style of training, and pointed at the three things that move a scorecard: strength, power and speed in the golf swing.
Improve your golf fitness, watch your Golf Fitness Handicap come down, and get ready to play single figure golf.
+ Compound Lifts
“I love that I can do the workouts at home with barely any equipment then at the gym when I have everything. Swing and body feel awesome!”
Jory Anderson · USA
What you'll train:
- Balance, rotation and power — the three that separate an 85 from a 79
- Compound lifting phased in later, once the movement is good enough to load
- George's own training style, programmed rather than improvised
- Workouts that run at home with almost nothing, or in a full gym when you have one

Break 70
The hardest of the three, and the only one that asks for a fourth day. A clearer focus on strength and biomechanics, built so you can rip your driver, flush your irons, and hold your game together over a full round — well enough to shoot in the sixties.
“Thanks for these, your content has added almost 10 mph to my swing. Only drawback is I had to get new shafts to accommodate the speed. Appreciate you!”
Jake Thomas · Australia
If you want to shoot in the 60s like me, stop watching this video and let's get to work.
George Bryan IV
What you'll train:
- Strength, loaded properly, as the engine behind driver speed
- Biomechanics sharpened to the point where good strikes stop being accidental
- Speed work that turns the strength into clubhead speed rather than just gym numbers
- A fourth session each week, because the sixties ask more than the eighties do

What golfers are saying.
Since I've started using y'alls programs I've lost about 25lbs, I'm in the best shape of my life. I've dropped from a 5 handicap to a 1 in the past five months.
I've added 20 yards to my drives in 6 weeks and feel better than ever, no more low back pain. Would recommend to anyone!
I'm loving the app. It's helped me get my driver swing speed up from 94mph to an average of 99mph so thank you! Just pushing for that extra 1mph now to meet my original goal.
Before you start.
What exactly do I get?
A full DRVN membership for the year at $180, with your chosen program loaded into the app and ready on day one. You also get every other coach, every other program and the Golf Fitness Handicap. The same membership through the app store costs $30 a month, so joining here is half the price.
I haven't trained properly in years. Is this realistic?
That is the golfer Break 90 was written for. Three sessions a week at 45 to 60 minutes, dumbbells and bands, and a weekly practice session. It assumes nothing about where you are starting from except that you want the score to move.
How much time does it actually take?
Break 90 and Break 80 are three sessions a week at 45 to 60 minutes. Break 70 asks for a fourth, because it is built to put you in the sixties. George runs his own training around two kids and a working week, mostly in his backyard.
What equipment do I need?
Break 90 needs dumbbells and bands, and runs at home. Break 80 adds compound lifting later in the program, so a barbell helps by the back half — though plenty of members run it at home and use a gym when they have one. Break 70 leans harder on strength, so a proper setup is worth having.
Is this a golf lesson or a gym program?
A gym program, built by a tour professional, aimed at a scorecard. It will not rebuild your swing — it builds the body that can repeat the swing you have, for all eighteen holes, and adds speed and strength to it. Most golfers at this level are losing shots to their body, not their technique.
Which level should I actually start on?
The one that matches what you shoot now, not what you shot at your best. Start too high and you spend weeks surviving sessions instead of progressing them. The Golf Fitness Handicap will place you honestly, and moving up costs nothing.
Do I get the other programs as well?
Yes. The membership carries all three, plus every other DRVN coach. You start where you score today, and when you outgrow it you move up the same day at no extra cost.
Your best golf is still ahead.
