This app is exactly what I was looking for. The golf instruction is perfect. I set up a net in my garage to take light swings to work on technique and drills. I am a few weeks in and I spend 30 min. per day following the PGA drills and then I will move onto other things. The mobility exercises are also really good. I have really tight hips and been following the mobility. I did look at the fitness exercises and for a beginner to intermediate the exercises are well structured and make sense. I am currently an 18 handicap. I plan to keep using this with the goal of being under 10 by the end of next season. Great app, highly recommend if you are looking for drills to do. I have found simply going to the range and smashing a ball just does not work to increase your golf game. You need practice, drills and structure like anything else.
