From the Founder
It started in a gym like yours
I opened a CrossFit gym while working as a PGA Professional at a private Golf club. Coaching golfers by day, training athletes in the gym at night. The gap between what golfers need physically and what our industry actually delivers became impossible to ignore.
So we built it. It started as GolfWOD, a Golf workout of the day, sold as PDFs to prove the demand was real. Then a white-labelled app, then structure: progressive overload, periodization, the right adaptations at the right time of year. Then DRVN, our own app, and the Golf Fitness Handicap™, which finally gave every golfer a score for their body the way the game already scores their skill.
