Matt Wilkins is a Board Certified Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC), Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Sport Performance Specialist based in Miami, Florida, helping athletes fulfill their potential since 2016. He offers high-performance coaching built around the three pillars of sleep, nutrition, and activity, as well as youth athletic development in partnership with Athletics: Miami. His golf-specific program, Athlete First: Golf, is a 6-week performance intensive designed for youth golfers ages 12–18 to build athletic foundations and confidence.
