Golf Fitness Gym is a specialized golf fitness training facility in Irvine, California, focused on the physical demands of the golf swing. Led by Coach Todd LaPlante, who is certified through NASM, TPI Level 1, TPI Fitness Level 2, and TPI Fitness Level 3, the facility offers programs grounded in TPI's Body-Swing Connection™ framework. Programs combine movement assessments, corrective exercises, and performance training targeting mobility, stability, core strength, balance, flexibility, and power. Both in-person and virtual training options are available.
