Fitness and Medical Exercise (FAME) is a personal training studio in Gaithersburg, Maryland, founded and operated by Laurie Gordon, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over 20 years of experience. The studio specializes in customized fitness programming for general conditioning, post-rehabilitation training, and exercise for clients with chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and arthritis. Sessions are available at the FAME Studio, at clients' homes, or virtually via FaceTime or Google Meet.
