Breeze Physical Therapy and Wellness LLC is a physical therapy and massage therapy practice operating at two locations: Bunnell/Palm Coast and the Plantation Bay Golf Country Club Community in Ormond Beach, Florida. The practice is owned and operated by Omar Garcia, MSPT, LMT, who has over 19 years of orthopedic and sports physical therapy experience. All treatments are provided one-on-one and fully customized to each patient's individual condition. Omar is also a certified golf fitness instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), offering golf fitness training and body optimization for the sport.
