Micki Cuppett

Micki Cuppett is a Tampa, Florida-based consultant with more than 30 years of experience as an athletic trainer, medical educator, and administrator. She specializes in strategic planning, leadership, accreditation, athletic training education, and medical simulation and innovation. She previously served as Executive Director of the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) and has co-authored the widely used textbook Medical Conditions in the Athlete, now in its fourth edition. She holds a Doctor of Education degree and is a Fellow of the National Academies of Practice.
