Jon Moore

Jon Moore is the owner and physical therapist at The Physical Therapy Project in Salem, Oregon, where he has been providing physical therapy services since 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Corban University and a Master of Physical Therapy from Fresno State University. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and certified provider through Astym and the Titleist Performance Institute, and also holds a CrossFit Level 1 coaching certification. He has treated a wide range of patients including youth, adults, and professional athletes, with a personal interest in golf, triathlon, and outdoor sports.
