About
Jennifer Killian is the founder of Spark Pilates in Lithia, Florida, which she established in 2013. A former professional dancer with small regional ballet companies in Maryland and Florida, she began teaching Pilates in 2009 after using the method for rehabilitation from shin splints, and subsequently pursued a specialization in post-rehabilitation and athletic performance. She is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor, a Somatic Experience Practitioner in Training with a focus on anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and a certified Mindful Meditation instructor.
