Ed Pilgrim

Ed Pilgrim is the founder of STL Physical Therapy and a performance physical therapist dedicated to bridging the gap between rehabilitation and athletic performance. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri while simultaneously becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. After graduating, he gained experience working with clients ranging from the general population to elite athletes in the MLB, NFL, UFC, and the SEC before founding STL Physical Therapy in March 2025 to deliver individualized, 1-on-1 care to active individuals and youth athletes in St. Louis.
