Benjamin Miers

Benjamin Miers is a licensed physical therapist (PT, DPT) and elite TPI golf fitness specialist based in Rockton, Illinois, with over 15 years of experience. He has worked with a diverse roster of athletes including the Rockford Ice Hogs, USA Weightlifting, World Long Drive competitors, Olympic athletes, and MLB and D1 NCAA athletes. Through MQH Ben Miers Golf Performance, he delivers customized programming using movement and performance screens such as the FMS, FCS, TPI, and Y-Balance screens. He places particular emphasis on youth sports development and serving junior athletes.
