Dr. Anthony Evans

Dr. Anthony Evans is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and TPI Certified clinician based in Indian Land, South Carolina. He founded Evans Physical Therapy Sport Performance to provide one-on-one, individualized care bridging rehabilitation and performance for golfers, active adults, and athletes. His practice is located inside Under Par Golf Lab and combines physical therapy, performance training, and golf-specific movement analysis. He is noted as one of the only clinicians in the Carolinas holding all three of his primary credentials.
