Our Story
About DRVN
Our Mission
To inspire health and fitness through and for golf.
That was the mission on day one.
It is the mission today.
DRVN exists to help golfers around the world improve their fitness, health, and overall wellness—using golf performance as the motivating force, not the endpoint.
Golf is not separate from life.
Golf is the doorway.
The Opportunity
Why DRVN Exists
Golf is growing globally—but the way golfers pursue improvement is changing faster than most coaching models.
Golfers are investing more in:
Instruction
Technology
Indoor & Year-Round Training
Physical Preparation
At the same time, they are becoming less patient with systems that don't produce visible, transferable results.
The signal is clear: golfers want more distance, more consistency, and fewer setbacks—without becoming full-time athletes.
That shift creates an opportunity for professionals who can connect fitness, performance, and longevity into one coherent system.
The Problem
The Problem With "Golf Fitness"
Years inside PGA coaching and gym ownership made one thing obvious:
Golf Fitness is fitness.
The old model—bosu balls, baseless rotation drills, and unimaginative instruction disconnected from real physical capacity—was never designed to scale, inspire, or protect golfers long-term.
That era is done.
DRVN applies modern performance principles to golf with intent:
- Progressive strength & conditioning
- Dynamic rotational profiles
- Sequencing and biomechanics
- Mobility pathways that actually transfer
All delivered with a dual mandate:
Improve the golf swing. Improve the person.
Those outcomes are inseparable.
Results
What DRVN Delivers
DRVN produces clear, repeatable results in:
Power and Speed
Consistency and Balance
Work Capacity and Endurance
Injury Reduction and Durability
But the deeper objective is broader.
We use golf performance as the motivating engine to help people train better, move better, and live better—through creative, effective training that builds into the DRVN Golf & Fitness Lifestyle.

FROM THE FOUNDER
Why I Built DRVN
I'm a PGA Professional. I coach every day. But I also own and run a CrossFit gym — and that combination showed me something most golf pros never see: the massive gap between what golfers need physically and what our industry actually delivers.
Golfers would come to me for lessons and I could see their physical limitations holding them back. I could prescribe a swing change, but without addressing the body, it would never stick. Meanwhile, fitness professionals had the training knowledge but no framework for applying it to golf.
DRVN was built to bridge that gap — to give golf professionals like us a structured, evidence-informed system for addressing the physical side of performance. Not to turn PGA Pros into personal trainers, but to give us the tools to assess, communicate, and either deliver or intelligently co-manage the fitness component.
The methodology has been shaped by physiotherapists, world long drive champions, PGA Tour competitors, and S&C professionals. It's the system I wish existed when I started coaching.
